CHAIRMAN’S MESSAGE TAN TEK SENG NATIONAL PRESIDENT OF FGBMF MALAYSIA Shalom and greetings in Jesus’ most precious name from Malaysia ! We warmly welcome you to join our first ever gathering of saints on board this SuperStar cruise at the coming FGBMF/BMF Asian Convention 2010.   As the fellowship moves into this strategic time in history and many unprecedented events are happening that have changed the geo- political landscape of this world, our Heavenly Father is calling His servants in the market place and preparing them for dynamic spiritual leadership in the final revival before Jesus returns. Many of our leaders are very busy serving in their respective capacities through FGBMF/BMF. I believe this is a wonderful time for all of us to come together and worship Him in the high seas and a time of good bonding amongst brethrens of different nations.   As this convention is to be held on board the cruise, the organizing committee felt the need to enhance our fellowship's 6th mission statement: “To bring a greater unity among all people in the body of Christ” by providing ample time for closer fellowship among our members and their families from all over the Asian countries. Therefore this convention will be a little different from the past conventions. We have purposefully planned a more relaxed schedule but yet not forgetting our convention theme as “Kingdom Ambassadors in the Marketplace” based on 2 Corinthians 5:20.  We have in mind to invite appropriate speakers from among our brothers in Asian countries to impart the seven key topics as follows:-  Business & Finance Government and Law Family Religion – Spirituality and Church Media and Communication Education Entertainment and Arts To foster a closer relationship among us, we have reserved only 500 pax. For early bird registration, the participants are entitled to better cabin facilities on first come first serve basis. LOGISTICAL DETAILS
The Convention is for the duration of the 4D3N Cruise on the SuperStar Virgo cruise liner operated by Star Cruises.

Point of embarkation and disembarkation is at Singapore Cruise Centre, No 1 Maritime Square #07-01 Harbour Front Centre, Singapore 099253.

All delegates are responsible for their own transport arrangements up to the point of embarkation. They are advised to coordinate with their respective National Administrative Office.

Passport must have at least 6-months validity from date of sailing.

CONVENTION FEES
Convention Fees are inclusive of cabin accommodation, 6 meals per day, international performance and live entertainment, handling & fuel charges and organized on-board events.

Convention Fees exclude Optional Land Tours ( sold on board only), VISA for entry into Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand (where applicable) and insurance.

Children under 2-years old (on departure date) accompanying parents pay 30% Twin Sharing Fare.
 

Allocation of cabin rooms is strictly on a “first come, first served” basis and better cabin room selection will be given to those who register early with full payment.

STAR CRUISES RESERVES THE RIGHT:
to cancel, change or substitute any itinery or schedule at any time without prior notice.

to refuse embarkment to any passenger on medical grounds or a pregnant woman after the 24th week of pregnancy.

not to refund any portion of fare to passengers denied embarkment or in non-compliance of immigration requirements or medical reasons as stated above.

FURTHER QUALIFICATIONS
All passengers travel at their own risks and the Organizers will not be responsible for any injury, harm, damages or losses incurred in whatever manner.

Any amendments like change of Passenger Name, downgrading of cabin type, etc is subject to an Administration Fee of RM 50.00 per person.
